The Box Office is accessible only by phone & email. During concerts, the box office is open for walk-up purchases one hour before the show starts and 3o minutes after it starts.

Will call is located inside the theatre at the box office. Will Call is available day of show when the doors open unless notified on the show details through our website.
REFUNDS
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Occasionally, a promoter or artist may cancel or postpone an event. If the situation merits, you will be issued a refund minus the facility fee. Note: All seats are reserved except the balcony, unless stated otherwise. Tickets are required for all ages, including children and infants. Questions?
