July 13, 2020 10 AM
Many concerts and performances around the country are being postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak, and the Rococo Theatre is working hard with our promoters and artists to provide you with updates about concerts at our venue. As of 7/13/20 at 10 AM, the following shows have been revised: Trey Kennedy – rescheduled 10/24/20, Sibling Rivalry – rescheduled 4/10/21, Beatles vs. Stones – rescheduled 9/24/20, Michael W. Smith – rescheduled 11/21/20, Piff the Magic Dragon – rescheduled 10/29/20, Jim Breuer – rescheduled 10/13/20, Tommy Emmanuel – canceled, and Pavlo – rescheduled 9/11/20. As soon as these dates are available, we will announce via our website, social media, and emails to ticket holders.
If you have already purchased tickets, they will be honored at the rescheduled date, and no further action is required on your part. Check your inbox for details on your rescheduled show. If you purchased tickets and did not receive an email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
REFUNDS will only be allowed through Thursday, June 11, 2020 for all shows that have official reschedule dates.
This does not apply to the Tommy Emmanuel show that has been canceled. Refunds will be automatically processed for this show. Due to the influx of canceled and rescheduled concerts, the Etix refund process is taking longer than expected. We anticipate you will receive your refund by July 31, 2020. We appreciate your patience!
