Rococo Weddings FAQ – 2022

What wedding packages do you offer?

Every Rococo wedding is customized to each couple. We don’t necessarily offer packages, but your package can be built based on your catering and bar needs.

 

What are my bar options?

We can do just about anything you want for your bar! Hosted, cash, partially hosted – you name it. You can choose to host your bar up to a certain dollar amount or until a particular time in the evening, such as hosting your cocktail hour from 5-6 and switching to a cash bar for the rest of the night. You can also choose to host specific drinks like beer, wine, and wells.

 

Can my dog be in the wedding?

Sorry, we do not allow pets in the theatre. Previous weddings have gotten creative to honor their furry friends by handing out pup-themed favors and treats.

 

Where can I get extra tables and linens?

We have a handful of extra tables, but if you require additional tables and linens, you may choose to rent them through AAA & Elite Rentals. You may choose to seek out other rental companies, but these are the two that we work with the most often.

 

How does it work when I have both my ceremony and reception at the Rococo?

Couples generally get married on the stage with guests seated in the first few rows of tables & booths. Following the ceremony, the couple may exit off the front of the stage or may go around back through Barrymore’s. Often, the wedding party will hop on a party bus, hang out at Barrymore’s or do a quick trip to a couple of the other downtown bars before the reception kicks off. Your caterer will be able to tear down and set up the buffet, drink station, etc. When you get back, wedding parties may be announced on stage via Barrymore’s. Our setup is extremely unique and totally unforgettable.

 

When can I come in to decorate?

As an event and entertainment venue, it isn’t guaranteed that you will be able to decorate the day before your event. Check with your event coordinator to get that decorating and setup time locked in. If we are unable to get some setup and decorating done the day before, we can help you schedule to get it done the morning of. Please note: your decorating/setup time is included in your 10-hour rental. If you have an elaborate or extensive setup, you may want to purchase additional hours.

 

How many guests can I have?

We can hold up to 500 guests for a sit-down dinner between the first and second floors.

 

What are my catering options?

We have 3 preferred caterers and do not allow any other outside caterers. Our preferred caterers are Premier Catering, Yes Chef Catering, and Doorstep Diner Catering. Catering is not billed through the Rococo, it is billed individually through your caterer, so please contact them for estimates and menus.

 

What about dessert?

You may bring in your own dessert – dessert does not have to be through your chosen caterer. However, please make arrangements for cake cutting! Some caterers will do this for free, others will do it for a fee, or you can designate someone in your party as the cake cutter.
