How can I buy tickets?
You may purchase tickets on our website, or leave a voicemail on our office line (402-476-6540) and someone in our office will assist you with a purchase over the phone.
Why is an upcoming show not on your schedule?
We do not share upcoming shows until we have a ticket on-sale date.
What facility fees are added to the ticket price?
We charge a $3.00 facility fee with all ticket purchases.
How can I view the Rococo’s seating chart?
The orchestra (first floor), loge (second floor) and balcony (third floor) seating charts are on our seating page. Etix.com also has a complete venue manifest for the Rococo Theatre and can help you purchase tickets through their call center.
My ticket says DF-GA. Where is my seat?
Tickets marked DF (dance floor) GA (general admission) are standing-only on the dance floor. There is no seat associated with these tickets; you must stand for the entirety of the show.
My ticket says ORCH. Where is my seat?
Tickets marked ORCH (orchestra) are located on the first floor. Tickets are sold individually, so if you do not purchase all the seats at a table or booth, it is likely another party will purchase those remaining seats. Please note that the “seat number” on your ticket is only a counting number – it does not reserve a specific chair at a table, but it does reserve ONE chair at your assigned table.
My ticket says LOGE. Where is my seat?
Tickets marked LOGE are located on the second floor. Tickets are sold individually, so if you do not purchase all the seats at a table, it is likely another party will purchase those remaining seats. Please note that the “seat number” on your ticket is only a counting number – it does not reserve a specific chair at a table, but it does reserve ONE chair at your assigned table.
My ticket says BALC-GA. Where is my seat?
Tickets marked BALC (balcony) don’t have assigned seats with them. You are welcome to sit anywhere you like on the 3rd floor balcony level. Please note that the 2nd floor loge level is not part of the balcony and is reserved seating only.
How is General Admission handled?
General Admission is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. If you move from your spot before or during the show, you may lose it.
What is the dress code of the theatre?
There is no dress code. For more sophisticated shows, such as a jazz ensemble, it is appropriate to dress a little more formal.
Our friend is at a different table; can we add a chair to our table?
No. For safety, all tables and chairs must stay where they are.
What do I do if an event is cancelled or postponed?
Please call our box office. Occasionally, a promoter or artist may cancel or postpone an event. If the situation merits, you will be issued a refund minus the $3.00 facility fee.
