Whether you’re entertaining clients or celebrating with your employees, the Rococo Theatre can lend its elegance to your event. We are available for breakfast, lunch, dinner and happy hour events. Our state-of- the-art audio/visual equipment and full-size movie screen is available to enhance your PowerPoint presentations. We can accommodate up to 925 guests and 500 at sit-down!
The Rococo Theatre is the ideal setting for holiday parties. Our Event coordinator can make an entertaining holiday event for all.

PRIVATE EVENT GUIDELINES
Please call the Rococo Theatre Office Monday–Friday 10am – 5pm for price quotes on private rentals at 402.476-6540.
Bar Service is provided by the Rococo Theatre. Bartenders are $20.00 per hour/per bartender. Security may be required or requested for private events.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
To confirm reservation, a non-refundable deposit of one-half of the rental fee is required at time of booking. Full payment must be made no later than one week prior to the event. If you decide to cancel your event within 21 DAYS of prior to the event date, the full rental fee will be charged.
TAX AND SERVICE CHARGE
All bar and menu items are subject to Nebraska state sales tax. A 20% gratuity will be added to the total food and beverage bill.
LIABILITY AND DAMAGE
The Rococo Theatre will not be responsible for any damage or loss of equipment that has been stored on the property prior to, during or following the event. Rococo Theatre management reserves the right to assess any damage due to misuse in handling and/or abuse of the equipment and/or facility that in incurred during your event. Appropriate charges will be billed in the event of any damage.
The Rococo Theatre reserves the right to issue security guards at management’s discretion. A flat rate per security guard will be added to the total billing price.
With the rental of the theatre, you may book your own band or DJ with prior approval. It is necessary to make proper arrangements for sound and lighting equipment through the Rococo Theatre. Production fees will not be included in the cost of the rental. A flat rate of $200.00 will apply for a DJ. Band rate will be determined by the production staff.
All decorations must be approved by the Rococo Theatre, all candles must be LED, no real flowers petals (must be fake), no glitter, no confetti, no bubbles, no markers for children, no gel pearls, no posters, charts, signs, decorations or other items may be attached to the walls, doors, pillars, or stairways. No tape or tacks may be fastened to walls or ceilings. No rice, popcorn, shelled peanuts, birdseed, confetti, silly string or soap bubbles may be used inside the buildings.
